1. Who we are
MomentumChat is operated by MomentumHUB ("we", "us", "our"). We are a RevOps agency based in Spain, registered as MomentumHUB SL. Contact: hola@momentumhub.io.
2. What data we collect
When you use MomentumChat, we collect: account information (name, email, company) provided when you register; usage data (feature usage, connection timestamps); billing information processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers). WhatsApp message content is processed through the HubSpot API and stored in your HubSpot account — not on our servers.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to: provide and improve the MomentumChat service; send service notifications (product updates, billing); respond to support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Data retention
Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation. You can request deletion at any time by contacting hola@momentumhub.io.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hola@momentumhub.io.
