MomentumChat started as an internal project. We run a RevOps agency — MomentumHUB — and most of our clients use WhatsApp as their primary sales channel. The problem was always the same: conversations happening on a phone, deals living in HubSpot, and a gap between the two that nobody had really closed.

The WhatsApp Business API takes weeks to approve, requires a dedicated business number, and charges per message. Our clients didn't want any of that. They wanted their existing numbers to work, today.

We built MomentumChat to solve it for ourselves. It uses the same QR-based session as WhatsApp Web — no API, no approval, no new number. And because we built it on HubSpot's standard conversation objects, it works with the entire platform: inbox, workflows, reporting, Breeze AI.

We now offer it as a standalone SaaS. €100 per number per month, unlimited users, cancel any time.
